Viterbo – “We will sow carrots in the Lucio Battisti lawn garden and sell them to the city”. The news comes from Paolo Bracaglia, chef of the Santa Rosa porters association. The occasion to announce it was the presentation of the dinner organized by the Amici di Galiana association on the occasion of San Pellegrino in fiore, on 4 May at the former Eca cloister in via della Volta buia.

“An initiative wanted by the deputy mayor Alfonso Antoniozzi – specifies Bracaglia – which will involve the special kids of Amici di Galiana in collaboration with the Association. A group of guys who decided to call themselves Li Goji of the stove. All thanks also to the participation of the journalist Massimiliano Vismara”.

“In the next few days we will sow carrots in a vegetable garden located near the rides – continues Bracaglia -. Then the carrots will be harvested, cooked and sold to the city.
