The delivery of Teima to Italy will not, however, be immediate. Tomorrow, in fact, the trial for domestic violence will be held in France, where it was reported by Laisne herself.

It was precisely as part of that procedure that the approach ban was triggered. The violation of judicial control led to the arrest on April 10th. Then, he was also served with the European arrest warrant in relation to the murder.

Sohaib Teima, before the French judges, declared himself innocent. The Italian investigators also charge the boy with the aggravating circumstance of premeditation (but the investigations are still ongoing). The crime took place between 26 and 27 March. The two had arrived in Italy on the 25th, on a bus.
