Sanremo. Ninety super prizes worth more than €5,000 for a jackpot of almost €900,000 will make many holidaymakers and poker players remember their holidays in April in Sanremo and their visits to the Casino halls.
The month just ended, which brought an income of €3.7 million to the gaming house’s coffers, was characterized by the record number of winnings and the arrival of the players involved in the Italian Poker Open 2024, with prize money of 1 million euros guaranteed.
From April 27th, players from all over Europe, especially from neighboring France, will flock to the Poker Room to take part in the two weeks of tournaments which culminate with the 550 euro Main Event. Up for grabs is a guaranteed super prize pool of one million euros, which could, based on registrations, rise even further.

The numbers.
In April the Casino recorded revenues of €3.7 million, of which €3 million was generated from slot machines. Since January 2024, the Casino has obtained proceeds of €15.8 million (-5% compared to the same period in 2023).
There were 90 winnings over €5,000 for a total monthly prize pool of €898,956. Since the beginning of the year, winnings in excess of €5,000 have been awarded for a total of €3.7 million.
