The minor, intercepted while returning from school, was allegedly forced to undergo sexual acts by the man, arrested this morning by the police.
A minor girl harassed, forced to undergo sexual acts while returning from school: it happened last February in Torre del Greco, in the province of Naplesbut only this morning, Thursday 2 May, did the police from the local station arrest the person believed to be responsible for the violence, a 41 year old manwho was subjected to the precautionary measure of house arrest, as ordered by the investigating judge of the Torre Annunziata Court, at the request of the local Public Prosecutor’s Office.
The investigations by the Carabinieri, coordinated by the Torre Annunziata Prosecutor’s Office – led by the Prosecutor Nunzio Fragliasso – began at the end of February, following the complaint from the young victim. The investigative activity of the Carabinieri soldiers thus made it possible to gather serious indications of guilt against the arrested person; in this case, according to what was revealed by the Carabinieri investigations, the 41-year-old would have intercepted the minor while she was returning from school and forced against her will to undergo sexual acts, consisting of repeated groping of her body and repeated attempts to kiss her.
At the end of the investigative activity, this morning, the 41-year-old was arrested for sexual assault against a minor; subjected to house arrest at his home, the man is at the disposal of the competent Judicial Authority.
