Novara – A new prestigious arrival in Casa Basket College Novara!! Coach Simone Vizzini will be the new coach of youth teams for the next 2024/25 season!! Coach since 2012, he started with minibasketball, and then became an instructor and coach. He has great experience in minibasketball and the youth sector, holding the role of manager of 3 companies (Pallacanestro Agliana 2000, Lella Basket Cmv Valbisenzio). Then he again was assistant coach in Serie C, where he achieved a promotion. He has always paid great attention to the technical and human growth of the youth teams: Under15, 17 and 19 where he has always developed great empathy with the boys, cementing group and locker room harmony, always achieving great results.
His first statements: “There was an immediate alchemy with Basket College Novara, in particular on a common thought: the educational growth of the kids. College Novara’s desire is to put athletes at the center of the Novara youth project, through a highly specialized school that is always open. This is to make them “work”, having fun together, with the utmost serenity and professionalism. In the places where I have worked we have always been able to forge a strong bond with the families to make them always feel central and an integral part of the project. I have already had the opportunity to meet some Collegiate players in my trial sessions, and the human material to work with is splendid, these guys have a great desire to do well, it is not easy to find such motivated young people nowadays. It means that the company has been able to work very well. I am in Novara for the next few years to get involved together with the company and to “bring out” all my technical and human potential, through humility and work. I have always felt available to families and society, which is why I will already be available to ensure that next season is the beginning of construction of a skyscraper with very solid foundations!
