New UISP timetables in Modena and Carpi: an optimization of the resources available to members

From Monday 6 May, continuous hours in Modena: from 9am to 4pm from Monday to Thursday and from 9am to 3pm on Friday. The opening hours of the Carpi office are also changing

After a careful data/suggestion recovery phase which involved an important sample of affiliates, and subsequent analysis of the same, UISP Modena has decided to change the opening hours of its offices to the public.

The new methods through which our offices are contacted together with the digitalisation of the services provided, has naturally started a process of optimization of internal resources which has seen the change in office hours as part of this process.

Uisp Modena will remain alongside members and sports associations/clubs as always, with the same availability and professionalism that distinguishes us.

Starting Monday 6/5 on Uisp Committee of Modena will observe the following opening hours to the public:

  • from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 16:00 (non-stop)
  • Friday from 9:00 to 15:00 (non-stop)

However, it will be possible by appointment by sending an email to [email protected] or calling 059/348811take advantage of the 4.00pm-6.30pm time slot (Monday to Thursday) to access our services.
