Lucca Children, everything is ready for the eighth edition of the festival dedicated to children and families. The appointment is for Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th May, from 10am to 8pm at the Real Collegio, with lots of shows and entertainment.

More than 10 areas and as many opportunities to invent, discover, learn more, have fun and be amazed. There will be the show areawith live shows, musicals and theatrical performances such as The enchanted forest, an immersive and singing journey among the most beautiful fairy tales and I’ll call him Pinocchio, a theatrical homage to the most loved and known story throughout the world. Inside thescientific areaInstead, it will be possible to test yourself with chemical biology experiments. It’s still: the prehistoric area, where you can learn everything about primitive men, and that of the museum, created in collaboration with the Natural History Museum of Pisa with a real journey to discover nature and the evolution of man. Unmissable the Lego areafull of colored bricks, the art areato literally enter the paintings, the Kung-Fu area and the pirates area.

To enrich the program, many opportunities to meet the children’s favorites: Minnie and Mickey Mouse, Disney princesses such as Elsa, Snow White and Rapunzel, but also Spider Man and Steve from Minecraft. And then again the wonder of two exhibitions themed around fairy tales and fables, the kamishibai: the ancient art of Japanese theatre, the games and workshops path dedicated to the little ones, but also to parents; the wooden games of the past, the giant bots and much more. PFurthermore, artisans and exhibitors linked to the world of publishing, such as Mondadori, and education, such as My Edu and The music lounge, where adults and children will be able to get closer to the music and attend a tribute to Giacomo Puccini on the centenary of his death.

Inside the event there will be afood area with sandwiches, pizza, first coursesa cafeteria and several refreshment points with ice creams, crepes and other delicacies for snacks and snacks.

The event is conceived by Vitalba Scalia, Carmelo and Manuél Arena, and organized and promoted by Conexo Ps, with the free patronage of the Municipality of Lucca, the Province of Lucca, the Tuscany Region and the Royal College of Lucca.

The ticket cost entry is 15 euros (two-day pass: 25 euros), free entry for children under 2 years of age, and for disabled people in wheelchairs and children with a 104 certificate. Tickets can be purchased at the entrance to the event, but also online on this site.
