The Municipality of Riva del Garda has announced a public auction for the non-residential rental of a real estate unit in viale San Francesco 16.
The auction will be held on June 13th at 10 am in the meeting room of the town hall in Piazza Tre Novembre 5. The real estate unit consists of rooms for commercial use on the ground floor and mezzanine floor, connected to each other by an internal staircase and with a total surface area of 116.35 square metres, distributed as follows: on the ground floor 46 square meters of shop and 33.85 of warehouse; on the mezzanine floor 31.80 square meters of storage-warehouse and 4.70 of anti and toilet.
The premises are currently intended for the exercise of the commercial activity of neighborhood sales, non-food product sector; Professional studios, offices in general, personal service activities and other craft activities that do not involve the processing of any type of food and non-food raw material are also permitted. In the event that a change of intended use is necessary, all obligations will be the responsibility of the tenant.
The rental contract will have a duration of six years starting from the date of signing.
To be admitted to the tender, you must carry out an inspection of the premises by May 23rd at your own expense, accompanied by personnel appointed by the administration, to be requested by May 15th by certified email to the address [email protected] using Annex D, “inspection”.
The auction will be awarded to the competitor who has presented the maximum percentage increase in the annual starting fee of 18,930 euros.
