Friday 3, Saturday 4 And Sunday 5 May in Saffi Square Pizza Festival on Tour presents “Pizza Festival of Forlì“. Pizza Festival, the most important national outdoor circuit, where the absolute protagonist is pizza and will be in Forlì from 3 to 5 May (Friday from 6pm to midnight, Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to midnight ,00) with free entry.

The “Pizza Festival” format will be a real pizza celebration prepared in all its flavors and versions, from classic Neapolitan, to gourmet, to fried pizza. Eight ovens always on, 20 pizza chefs who will knead, bake and serve pizzas, in the stands set up from midday to evening, without interruption, bringing the goodness and authenticity of pizza to the streets. There will be street food with fried gnocco, fried pizza, cuoppo and traditional Neapolitan desserts.

In the field the excellence of the tradition of the art of pizza, made with the best products, the healthiest and tastiest, to offer the authentic flavor of the most Italian of culinary products. Directly from Campania, the master pizza chef Antonio Romeo, the master pizza chef Salvatore Greco, the 2016 Italian champion Vittorio Astorino, the rising stars Vincenzo Romeo and Gaetano Russo and many others will be present.
