The regional councilor of Equality Giuseppina Cennamo he is without an office to carry out his functions. And this year, after an endless series of reminders and reminders to the Molise Region, you have openly expressed your dissent against the body that is not putting you in a position to work.
This is a singular case that we are telling you about on the day par excellence dedicated to work issues.
The lawyer Cennamo, in his 2023 annual report, said that nShe was unable to carry out her role because she lacked an office in which to receive the documents of those who preceded her and in which she could communicate with users. In short, the public service that it is called upon to perform is interrupted. But not through her fault, as she herself explains to the Region, recalling the stages of a political-judicial affair in which she is the protagonist and which began between the end of 2021 and the first months of 2022.
That was the period in which the Molise Regional Council designated the new Equality councilor, an institutional figure present in all the Regions who deals with equal opportunities and gender issues. Cennamo had sent her CV but she was not chosen. Convinced, however, that whoever had rejected her had not compared her CVs, she appealed to the TAR. And she obtained justice (i.e. the annulment of the appointment of the lawyer Maria Calabrese) both in the administrative and at the Council of State. The Molise Region, however, did not comply with the measures: not only did it not assign her the office, but it did not even restore her certified email address and email address. Without keys and without credentials the months passed in the absence of this figure.
Until, this is recent history, a few weeks ago Cennamo was finally granted a room in the council headquarters in via Genova. But it is not an empty office and she had to wait for whoever occupied it to free her from her personal effects, work equipment and various materials.
All this until a month ago when the councilor reconstructed the paradoxical story that affects everyone, from the regional council to the governor Francesco Roberti, passing through the legal profession and the regional managers.
