Resumption of training for Milan after two days of rest, with a ‘surprise’. The national coach, Luciano Spalletti was a guest at Milanello where he followed all the Rossoneri training and chatted with Stefano Pioli. After the draw at the Stadium against Juventus which also earned the arithmetic certainty of qualification for the next Champions League, the first training session of the week which leads to the championship match against Genoa Sunday 5th May at 6pm.
Work in the gym and ball possession on the pitch
The team initially worked in gym where the group carried out muscle activation before going out onto the field to finish the warm-up phase with some athletic exercises performed between the low obstacles and the cones. The session continued with the group engaged in a series of technical exercises focused on possession which preceded a practice match on a small pitch with which the session ended. The program includes training on Wednesday morning.
