In view of the away match against Spezia, Palermo coach Michele Mignani will have to do without four players who were not called up due to injury. The rosanero in question are: Aurelio, Coulibaly, Vasic and Di Mariano. In total, 22 players have been chosen by the coach originally from Genoa for the match scheduled for May 1st (kick-off at 3.00 pm).
The number 10 from Palermo is recovering from the large cut suffered against Parma on his right leg (sutured with 19 stitches). Vasic is struggling with bone edema in the third and fourth metatarsals of his right foot. And after Aurelio’s soleus injury to his left leg, Senegalese midfielder Mamadou Coulibaly also suffered the same injurybut on the right leg, as reported by Palermo’s official website.
