From the Aibes Lazio-Umbria championship, which took place on Monday at the Crown Plaza hotel in Rome, the Terni delegation – which participated with 13 bartenders – returned home with 3 prizes, out of the 4 available, in the category reserved for ‘ Junior bartenders’ who had to invent and present a Low ABV cocktail, i.e. a drink with low alcohol content.
The winners
Alessandro Campagna, from Pier 21 in Piediluco, won the silver medal (shaker), with his ‘Pischella’ based on citrus fruits and Lycée, for Michele Petoku, from the Corso Vecchio bar, bronze medal (shaker) with his ‘Emme-P 10′ based on rum and passion fruit, finally Francesco Semplici, from L’ecurie’ of Terni, won the sponsors’ special prize with his ‘Honey moon’, a gin&tonic flavored with honey and ginger.

Great pride for the local trustee Mirko Scorteccia, for Valentina Scuotto and all the staff, who defined it as a «great event and a great figure for the entire Terni bartending movement, also because these guys have recently left the last specialization course and reaching these goals immediately is not something that happens every day.
