The accusatory system
The accusations made against them by the Avellino prosecutor’s office – for various reasons – include fraud, misdirection, forgery of public documents, corruption and undue inducement. These provisional accusations are contained in the 108-page order signed by the judge for preliminary investigations of the Avellino court, Giulio Argenio, who recognized the need for precautionary measures for the three suspects in order to avoid the risk of evidential pollution on contracts and piloted competitions. But the investigation could expand further as the hearings of the first witnesses are scheduled for the next few hours. But not only yesterday did the Carabinieri of the provincial command of Avellino return to the municipality again for acquire new documents.
