The definitive ranking for medium and large nursery schools for the 2024/2025 school year has been published. The lists can be consulted HERE.
To view your position in the ranking you can use either your identification number ID that the protocol numberwhich can be found in the registration application form by accessing your user account on the Ecivis website https://arezzo.ecivis.it. Acceptance of the place assigned in the final ranking happens automatically, therefore the parent/guardian will not have to fill out any forms.
Instead – who Not would like to accept the assigned place and will have to present it waiver from 1st to 5th May by accessing the Portal https://arezzo.ecivis.it and filling in the “waiver form”
If you intend to renounce the place assigned in the ranking, please note that:
• giving up a place in 1st preference involves definitive cancellation from the ranking and the waiting list;
• giving up a place from the 2nd to the 7th preference entails the right to remain on the waiting list for any other assignment determined by the availability of places and the preferences indicated. Please note that in this case it is possible to renounce the place only once, then the definitive cancellation from the ranking and waiting list will follow.
Waiting list
If some places become available, following cancellations received, the office will proceed with the scrolling and publication on the website of the updated ranking with the new places assigned.
– In this case, the parent/guardian of the child who will be assigned a place will receive an admission notification to which they will have to respond within three days from the date of the same, completing the online waiver form by accessing the site https://arezzo.ecivis.it
Fees
Admission to the nursery school requires the payment of an annual registration fee and a monthly attendance fee. Consult the tuition information in the “attachments” section below. To pay the subsidized fee calculated based on the Isee of the child’s family unit, it is possible to present by 07/31/2024 the request of discount on school fees for the 2024/2025 school year, exclusively online by accessing the eCivis Arezzo Portal https://arezzo.ecivis.it. Failure to submit the request automatically entails payment of the maximum fee
