Placement in Taranto: here’s what changes. New hires expected

Significant news for Placement in Taranto.

Yesterday, April 29th, at the Direction Heritage of the Municipality of Taranto, the Heritage Councilor Marcello Murgia convened a technical update table, in the presence of the person responsible for the administrative procedure of the Municipality of Taranto Brainyof the Regional Director of Arpal the Regional Agency for active labor policies, of the Director of the CPI Taranto, of the Head of CPI Taranto and the confederal trade unions, CGIL, CISL and UIL.

The topics on the agenda were the launch of the new GOAL program and the definition of the logistics of the Taranto Employment offices.

The technical requirements for delivery are being finalized the municipal property in Via Veneto to Arpal to set up the new offices of Taranto Employment Centre.

Furthermore, the Municipality has offered three additional spaces to set up immediately twelve workstations for the employees of the CPI of Taranto, allowing to start immediately with the ministerial project called Programma Gol, a reform action foreseen by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan to redevelop active labor policy services.

The Gol program itself is based on the personalization of services. People are directed to the most appropriate path thanks to targeted basic orientation and employability assessment implemented through the assessment qualitative-quantitative (Gol service agreement).

Over 5,000 citizens will be profiled, each citizen will have personalized training lasting approximately 3 hours. Councilor Murgia asked the Regional Director of Arpal if they are planned new hiring policies to increase the operators in service at the Taranto Employment Centre, to improve the service offered to the citizens of Taranto and important reassurances arrived together with the trade unions present.

There will be a scrolling of an already active regional ranking for 50 new hires destined for various Arpal regional offices including Taranto.

Furthermore, the Arpal Regional Director always stated, that there will be a new public competition for the hiring of employees for the individual provincial offices of Arpal, including that of Taranto.

The technical table was reconvened for Monday 13 May, in order to follow the progress of the work together with Arpal and the Unions, with a single objective, to provide concrete answers to the citizens of Taranto.
