Yesterday morning, Monday 29 April, in the Ulysses Hall of the Government Palace, the Prefect of Bergamo, Giuseppe Forlenza, met the fourteen citizens of Bergamo who, on Tuesday 1 May next, at the “Giuseppe Verdi” Conservatory in Milan, they will receive the honor of the “Stars of Merit for Work”, awarded by the President of the Republic for the year 2024.
The new Masters of Labor were accompanied by the Provincial Consul of the Federation of Masters of Labor, Alberto Caldara, as well as by the National Councilor, Battista Chiesa.

The Bergamo players awarded the “Star of Merit” are: Mauro Adobati, Gianluigi Benedetti, Alessia Camozzi, Andrea Candian, Rosa Deponti, Luca Fantin, Biagio Fortini, Erminio Iseni, Ezio Martinelli, Alessandro Piazzoli, Maurizio Previtali, Stefano Redolfi, Mario Carlo Roncalli , Piermauro Signorelli.
In congratulating the honorees, the Prefect Forlenza underlined how the Star they will be able to boast of, “represents the symbol of the founding values of the life of your community. With your work, with your dedication and the qualities expressed in your various activities, you have contributed to the economic life of this area and represented an extraordinary model, including an ethical one, for young people”.
