Cinisummer activities are back again this year. The tender for summer activities has been awarded for children and teenagers between 5 and 14 years old. The associations that will be involved in recreational activities are Itk skating, Centro Rugby Milano and Asa.
It is the fourth year that the administration has made the spaces available, supported the expenses and entrusted the local associations with the possibility of organizing the summer camps. In the preliminary stages the administrators met the managers of the previous edition: they emerged issues relating to increased costs which the associations should have supported in particular with respect to the remuneration for educators and the organization of meals.
It was therefore necessary to review the notice in order to offer citizens an adequate service: the administration has established a maximum cost of 130 euros. To guarantee inclusion and give everyone the opportunity to participate in the summer camps, 140 thousand euros have been allocated for organizations that follow the inclusion of disabled and fragile people. Subsequently, the arrival of ministerial funds may allow us to add further resources for families.
However, registrations for the summer centers reserved for the 3-6 year age group have closed; this service is managed directly by the Municipality and the rates have remained the same as previous years.
