The meeting of the Management Committee of the AdSP of the Central and Northern Tyrrhenian Sea was held this morning, chaired by Pino Musolino. In addition to the President of the AdSP, present were the Maritime Director of Lazio and Commander of the Port Authority of Civitavecchia Michele Castaldo, the member designated by the Lazio Region, Arch. Roberto Fiorelli, the member designated by the Municipality of Civitavecchia, Arch. Emiliano Scotti and the member designated by the Metropolitan City of Rome, Pino Lotto.
The Management Committee unanimously approved the 2023 general statement of the AdSP.
“The unanimous approval of the 2023 general report by the Management Committee – declares President Musolino – represents once again the result of a great collective effort on the part of the offices, first and foremost, to emerge structurally from the crisis of budget which risked jeopardizing the organisation’s operations in past years. This is a budget which has seen on the one hand a contraction in spending, especially with regards to the organisation’s personnel costs, and on the other an increase in revenue which has allowed us to close with an economic result of over 3 million of euros, certifying that the choices, even painful ones, made in recent years have produced the effects we had set ourselves. This once again demonstrates how the path of administrative rigor, combined with a broad perspective of relaunching the Network, is the right one and shared by the territory, which expresses its representatives in the management committee. In this regard, I thank the members of the Committee and the Board of Auditors, who gave a favorable opinion, for their great sense of responsibility and collaboration. Thus we will finally be able to look with optimism at the long-awaited recovery and future development.”
The Committee also unanimously approved the annual report for the year 2023, which is a summary of the actions implemented by the MTCS AdSP and the strategic and political choices that the body produced during the year in various areas such as energy, infrastructure, PNRR investments, state property and SGEIs.
