Elections, today April 30th and tomorrow May 1st key dates. The lists for the European elections are filed. A requirement that for the southern constituency takes place at the chancellery of the Court of Appeal of Naples at the Management Centre, between 8am and 8pm. The lists after the checks, in particular for the signatures of the subscribers for the political groups not represented in Parliamentwill be drawn in order of placement on the ballot paper.
The voters called to vote for the European elections in the Samnite province amount to 271,819. Since 25 April, a further survey of those entitled to vote has been underway and the data during these hours is sent to the electoral office of the Prefecture which coordinates the voting operations. The last survey on the number of voters is expected 15 days before the electoral consultation, with the cancellation of deceased voters as well, but the variations compared to the already existing data are minimal. The entire organization in the area is coordinated by prefect Carlo Torlontano.
In recent days the electoral posters have been posted which takes place 45 days before the consultation, therefore by 25 April. In recent hours, individual municipalities have also verified the good condition of the material needed to furnish the polling stations. And the appointment of the seat presidents is imminent by the Court of Appeal. Instead, the scrutineers will be drawn next week in the various municipalities.

The novelty of this electoral consultation is the vote on Saturday, June 8th, an unprecedented event. In fact, the polling stations will be open both to vote for the European elections and in the municipalities where the municipal councils are renewed at 2pm on Saturday and will remain open until 10pm. The members of the polling stations will therefore have to settle in on Saturday morning to proceed with the authentication of the ballots and other obligations. Voting will take place on Sunday 9 June from 7am to 11pm; As soon as the polls close, the counting of ballots for the European elections will begin and will continue throughout the night. On June 10th from 2pm the counting will take place in the 26 Samnite municipalities where the councils are renewed. There will be 67,723 Sunni voters interested in the renewal of the 26 municipal councils. An essential date for the administrative elections is the presentation of the lists which is scheduled for Friday 10 May at the secretariats of the Municipalities interested in the renewal of the assizes, from 8am to 8pm, and the following day, Saturday 11th from 8am to 12pm. Once presented, the lists will be examined by the electoral commissions located in Guarda, San Giorgio del Sannio, Solopaca, Airola, Montesarchio, Benevento. The municipalities interested in this electoral round are Amorosi (2,609 voters), Apice (5,283), Baselice (3,183), Bonea (1,302), Casalduni (1,675), Cautano (1,693), Circello (3,046), Colle Sannita (4,139), Cusano Mutri (4,809), Durazzano (2,277), Faicchio (3,518), Forchia (1,118), Fragneto Monforte (2,035), Melizzano (1,829), Moiano (3,586), Montefalcone (1,816), Pannarano (1,895), Paolisi (2,102 ), Paupisi (1,351), Pietraroia (816), Puglianello (1,296), San Lorenzello (2,155), Sant’Arcangelo Trimonte (463), Tocco Caudio (1,522), Torrecuso (3,062), San Giorgio del Sannio (9,144). The greatest number of electoral sections will be in San Giorgio del Sannio which has 10. In three of these municipalities – Torrecuso, Bonea and San Giorgio del Sannio – the councils have been dissolved and there are commissioners, respectively Giuseppe La Montagna, Salvatore Guerra and Mara De Feo.
