AVEZZANO. During an info-investigative activity launched in the undeclared work sector implemented through the use of irregular and/or illegal workers, the financiers of the Avezzano Company identified an entertainment venue which, through three companies and one non-profit association, employed in black and/or irregularly73 workers in the operating activities of a well-known nightclub in Avezzano.

The inspection operations made it possible to find irregularities in labor and social security matters in relation to the working positions employed such as: security workers, dee-jays, various artists, reception workers, barmen, cloakroom workers, cashiers, dancers and a photographer .

In particular, multiple irregularities were also found in relation to the various types of contracts put in place and inherent to: coordinated and continuous collaboration relationships (so-called co.co.co.); permanent employment relationships; occasional work with payment by voucher.

You also find the failure to register the actual numbers in the LUL (Single Labor Register). work hours carried out, failure to deliver pay slips, failure to pay the increase for night/holiday work, late sending of employment communications, failure to note down the hours actually worked by the staff, payment of emoluments in cash.

The ascertained violations were transmitted to the Territorial Labor Inspectorate, INPS, INAIL as well as the Revenue Agency, in order to allow the carrying out of their respective activities regarding contributions and tax withholdings, following the requalification of pre-existing “casual work” relationships into “subordinate employment” relationships has taken place.

A report was also sent to the relevant bodies regarding the systematic delay with which communications regarding the hiring of 11 dee-jays belonging to a non-profit association were sent to the Employment Centre, compared to the actual start times of the work performance. Since critical issues also emerged regarding the actual nature of the association, as it has the characteristics of a commercial enterprise and having reason to believe that the irregularities found were common to all the staff of the association (identified as 150 entertainment workers), the The elusive phenomenology identified was reported to the competent local offices for verification activities on the entire personnel management.

Undeclared work is a plague on the entire economic system because it takes resources away from the treasury, undermines the interests of workers, who are often exploited, and allows unfair competition with honest companies.
