Antonio Buscè, technician of Vibonesespoke to Radio Onda Verde ahead of the playoff match against Reggio Calabria:
“I never thought that Reggina was a team in difficulty. I have always said that they came from a very particular situation, without summer athletic training, a team made in a hurry. Playing many games in a month and a half can make you believe that you are more lively, but in the long run you pay for it. Reggina will always remain Reggina, with important players, on a technical, character and physical level. In February it was a different game and in any case we did our best to win it“.
Adds Buscè: “We are already thinking about the playoff match, it’s normal, we had the objective of playing the playoff at home. We want to prepare it in the best way possible, but I also don’t want to burden the players too much, the carefree nature of this team has made the difference. This was precisely our strength, we demonstrated it even in the most difficult races“.
