Forza Italia allies itself with the UDC and the Liberal Party for the next regional elections in Piedmont. “It is the project that Berlusconi called the house of moderates. An experiment carried out two years ago in the Turin municipal elections, which we are re-proposing today so that the list represents all the moderate liberal centrists who look to the great center which refers to Berlusconi and therefore to the centre-right. The goal is to give more strength to the coalition“, explains Roberto Rosso, vice-president of Forza Italia in the Senate.
“These have been complicated weeks because we try to find the maximum shared agreement and identify as candidates people who have awareness, responsibility, political preparation and shared values”, the minister underlined Paolo Zangrillosecretary of Forza Italia in Piedmont. “The UDC will make its contribution. There is a choice shared with Forza Italia. There are our ideas and there are our candidates“Paolo said Greco Lucchina, regional secretary of the UDC. “Piedmont has always been an important region for us due to its liberal tradition. It is a historical moment that marks the rebirth of the liberal party in Italy”he added Roberto Sorcinellisecretary of the Piedmontese liberal party.
