Roma’s busy calendar between championship and cup commitments forces the club to protect its interests to avoid unequal treatment. The club, in fact, is trying to ask the League to postpone Atalanta-Roma and the Italian Cup final, citing the postponement of Atalanta-Salernitana as an example. Let’s go in order. The Giallorossi will play the double Europa League match against Bayer Leverkusen on 2 May and 9 May, with Roma-Juventus in between (5). Postpone the Italian Cup final

An acceptable request, except that Atalanta has to play the Italian Cup final against Juventus on Wednesday 15th. To remedy the problem, Roma have proposed postponing it to Thursday 16 May.
