The First Aid Education course of the Misericordia of Grottammare is now underway

La Misericordia di Grottammare is organizing the “First Aid Education” course starting from Monday 6 May at 9pm in the Council Room of the Grottammare Town Hall.

There will be 10 evenings with Doctors, Nurses and Trainers on topics in the first aid healthcare sector.
Here are the topics covered:
*Health alert system 112-118
*Intra and extra hospital triage
*Cardiological events
*BLSD cardiopulmonary resuscitation
*Trauma management: mobilization and immobilization of patients
*Childbirth
*Pediatric emergencies
*Convulsive seizures (epilepsy)
*Burns, intoxications and allergies
*Hygiene, Prevention and PPE
*Legal aspects of the Rescuer
*Young people and great opportunities in Mercy Volunteering.
The following will follow one another as speakers at the Course:
The doctors Tiziana Principi, Terenzio Carboni, Marco Strozzieri, Maurizio Di Domizio and Rossella Giuliani; the Nurses Nicolino Romani and Andrea Chiavaroli, the Trainers Alessandro Speca, Marco Giostra and Gangemi Edoardo and with the contribution of Don Roberto Melone.
Certificates of Participation will be issued to those who have attended at least 80% of the lessons and have passed the final learning evaluation test. It could also be an opportunity for those who wish to start an extraordinary experience as Volunteers in Mercy.
