A man, even before being a mayor, never over the top, always open to dialogue and who, even in the most difficult moments, never failed to be present to defend the territory of Castilenti. I want to remember, in particular, the selflessness with which he carried out his role as administrator during the dramatic period of Covid in an area, such as that of Val Fino, which was the most affected so much so as to require the establishment of the first red zone in the province of Teramo, and which saw him together with all his fellow mayors always on the front line.
