The 2024 European Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Championships will be held in Rimini from 2 to 5 May. The continental event continues after the men’s competitions held last week, Italy will return to host the continental event fifteen years after the Milan edition. Our national team has all it takes to be a great protagonist in front of its fans. The Fairies will show up at the event to hunt for the team title and to give an important signal in view of the Paris 2024 Olympics.
Asia D’Amato, Alice D’Amato, Manila Esposito, Elisa Iorio, Angela Andreoli they will try to amaze once again by openly facing high-ranking adversaries such as Great Britain and France. It will begin on Thursday 2 May with the senior qualifications which will also award the all-around title (the D’Amato and Esposito twins are among the favorites on the eve). We will continue on Friday 3 May with the junior qualifications, which will also offer medals from the team competition and the individual general competition (the Italians can really break the bank).
We will then enter the weekend with the senior specialty finals (Saturday afternoon) and the junior specialty finals (Sunday morning). Finally, the highlight: the senior team final will be played on Sunday afternoon.
