He wanders around Bolzano in a suspicious manner: he is repatriated to his country of origin

Yesterday morning during the usual general prevention and control of the territory, while passing through Via Roma, a patrol of the “Flying” Squad of the State Police noticed an individual quickly leaving the area. In fact, at the sight of the Police “Panther”, he quickly tried to change direction, in order to escape the probable control.

Reached within moments and stopped by the officers, the man responded evasively to the request for explanations, so much so as to corroborate the suspicion that he had something to hide.

Accompanied to the Largo Palatucci offices in order to be fully identified, the verification in the Database of the Ministry of the Interior revealed that the individual was a 19-year-old Tunisian citizen with previous records of various nature and seriousness: he landed in Pantelleria in September 2022 , obtained a Residence Permit from the Caserta Police Headquarters which later expired and was not renewed.

Immediately after his arrival in Italy the young Tunisian was reported for theft; more recently, in January of this year, in Padua, he was reported to the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Padua capital for possession for the purpose of dealing cocaine and, last March, in Bolzano, on the meadows of Lungo Talvera, he was caught in possession of drugs by the Agents of the “Flying” Squad of the State Police and reported to the Judicial Authority, again for possession for the purpose of dealing drugs.

At the end of the Judicial Police activities the young man was made available to theImmigration office and in consideration of the precedents against him and his irregular position in Italy, the Police Commissioner of the Province of Bolzano, Paolo Sartori, has issued against him a Expulsion Decreewith contextual Detention Order In the Repatriation Center in Gradisca d’Isonzoto Goriziawhere he was already on the same evening escorted by the Agents of the Police Headquarters waiting to be boarded a direct flight to the country of origin as soon as possible.
