Saturday May 11, 2024 at the Po Valley colonies come back Super Healthy Gamea sensory journey aimed at girls, boys and families, with free participation. From 3pm to 6pm it will be possible to immerse yourself in nature and take part in the numerous activities organized for the occasion, which will guide participants to discover the world around them through touch, hearing, taste, sight and smell. The objective is to learn to take care of oneself, others, nature, the environment and the future with the awareness that the first years of life are fundamental to positively influence the development of children and help prevent health inequalities and poverty educational.
The event is organized by ASST Cremona (Functional Department of Prevention, Consultancy, Child and Adolescent Neuropsychiatry) and Cooperativa Gruppo Gamma and carried out in collaboration with ATS Val Padana, Degree Course in Healthcare, TSRM and PSTRP Register of Cremona, Municipality of Cremona, Educational Policies, The Small Library of the Municipality of Cremona, Museum of Natural History, Centro Fumetto A. Pazienza, Cremona Soccorso, ABIO, Siamo Noi, Volunteer Ecological Guards, Circolo Vedo Verde Legambiente Cremona, CSI Cremona.
The initiative was born from the will of a group of Health Assistants strongly motivated to spread prevention programs and promote good practices in the family. The mission of the entire coordination group is to guarantee all girls and boys equal opportunities for cognitive, emotional and relational development from birth and to develop local networks of operators and services to contribute to the construction of multi-sectoral initiatives to support early childhood and parenthood.
GUIDED BY THE SENSES At the entrance, participants will be given instructions on the route to follow; they will find a sensorial carpet with various mysterious materials, spaces for drawing, they will be able to participate in readings aloud with the Little Library of Cremona, taste fruit and vegetables “in the dark”, play at “straining their eyes” and with shadows and recognize perfumes and aromas.
“Teddy bear care” activities will be organized with the operators of Cremona Soccorso, moments of nature observation with the Ecological Guards (GEV) and a workshop to learn how to separate waste collection with the “Vedo verde” club of Legambiente Cremona.
The operators of the Cremona Asst and the volunteers of the associations involved will be located in the various stands to accompany the participants in the various activities, supported by about fifteen students in the second and third year of the degree course in Healthcare.
The event is Plastic Free, with no food waste and smoke free. In case of bad weather it will be cancelled.
