Sambiase started very strongly: in the 4th minute, in fact, the match was immediately unlocked. Crucitti pots in for Cataldi, the Cirotano winger puts in for Umbaca who makes no mistake and makes it 1-0. Another 4 minutes pass and Sambiase doubles: Frasson’s millimeter throw for Cataldi who stops the ball very well, knocks a defender to the ground and strikes Calandra. In the 12th minute Schirripa tries the first-time joker from outside the area but misses the target.
At the 35th, a nice combination in the narrow Umbaca-Crucitti, the captain frees the left, rejected by Calandra. In the 41st minute Crucitti is still dangerous with a left-footed shot that ends wide. As in the first half, also in the second half Sambiase started with their foot on the accelerator and found a hat trick after just 3 minutes, with Djalo doing well to push an assist into the net after Umbaca’s kiss.
In the 52nd minute we see Scalea, with Panassidi’s shot from outside the area blocked by the Giallorossi rearguard. In the 61st minute the poker comes with Costanzo, who entered a few minutes earlier, who with a precise right-footed shot from a tight angle leaves no chance for the visiting goalkeeper.
