Lavis. Pallamano Pressano BTS wins two very important points on the penultimate day of Serie A Gold. The yellow and blacks defeated the Trieste with a score of 37-26, ousting the Julian team from fourth to last place in the ranking. The direct clash clearly spoke of yellow and black: Branko Dumnic’s team left no chance for their opponents, overturning the direct clashes including the goal difference which started from +4 for Trieste; Radojkovic’s boys are now overtaken in the rankings with one matchday to go before the end of the Regular Season. With this situation at the PlayOuts, Pallamano Pressano would have the favor of the “beauty” at home.
The match
On the Lavisano parquet Trieste starts strong and la voltage is palpable: a step towards the salvation and the two teams are unable to find the way to the goal. The first goal arrives after 3’40” amidst many errors: Pressano finds no solutions in attack, Trieste leads narrowly and it is the only Hamouda among the yellow and blacks to puncture Postogna’s goal.
