The third consecutive Lega Pro season for the Messina it went into the archive with the Monopoli trip. The operations director leaves the club Angelo Costa and the team manager Fernando Cammarata, whose contract is expiring. “We worked for the good of Messina: many things went right, others could have gone better but it was certainly a great experience in professionalism. We would like to thank i fans, an important fulcrum for every team, especially in Messina, where the heat is truly something special and unique. The club deserves more important stages and who knows, in a few years, if there will be the conditions to return. We also thank the owners for the opportunity they have given us to work peacefully in recent months, the staff and above all mister Modica, a man of great values ​​on and off the pitch. We say thank you to the fans for being there in the difficult moments of this season: with your support the hardships were less burdensome, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts, you will remain an indelible memory.”
