ARZANO – Luvo Barattoli Arzano greets the home crowd, achieving an overall easy success against Futura Volley Teramo. The result of the match was never in question and saw the home girls stubbornly emerge from moments of stalemate to take the reins of the match into their own hands.
“It was nice to end this championship with the last match at home against a brother like Paolo Collavini, a great feeling” explains coach Antonio Piscopo at the end of the match.
The first set sees a balanced start with the sextet coached by the former Paolo Collavini who manages to stay in Arzano’s wake for the entire first part of the set: 8-7.
The good streak of Camilla Sanguigni and opposite Nicole Putignano allow Arzano to engage in that extra gear necessary to break away from their rivals and prevail with a peremptory 25-17.
A few more headaches in the second game. The Futura grows compared to the previous partial and without being too dangerous, it ensures that the result of the partial remains open to the end. Putignano resolves by setting the score at 25-20.
The third set is the most balanced, only in the final does Arzano make the effort necessary to win. He closes an ace from Camilla Sanguigni. Luvo Barattoli takes an important step forward in the rankings while waiting to know the results from the other fields.
