TERNI – At the event held in Pomigliano d’Arco, in Campania, called “Authors of flavour”, the staff of “l’Osteria del Trap” in Ferentillo, with Simone Camillucci chef and the chef, could not be missing as ambassadors of Umbria. The young chef Daniele Rubini could not be missing, who after touring Italy, Australia and Corsica decided to open a restaurant in the castle of Strettura, “La maga”, offering typical Umbrian dishes.
“Autori del Sapore” is edited by the “Gusto Territoriale” association founded by chef Antimo Migliaccio, Nicola d’Alessio, food blogger and marketing consultant with “Viaggia, Friggi, Ama” and chef and food blogger Alfredo Condursi known on social media as “Faccia di Cheese”. The aim of the association is to promote Italy’s food and wine excellence by highlighting the best producing companies with events, interviews, competitions and awards. The event was sponsored by the Campania region and saw the presence of the agriculture councilor Nicola Caputo. Commenting on the evening were Barbara Polit, journalist and TV presenter “Gambero rosso”, with exceptional patroness, the historic presenter of Mediaset, Emanuela Folliero.
