Copparo elections. Bassi can also count on the support of Action

Copparo. The Lista Civica Rinascita, in support of Enrico Bassi, candidate for mayor of the centre-left coalition in the municipal elections on 8 and 9 June, is expanding with the support of Azione.

“In recent months we have worked to give life to a broad project, with the idea of ​​giving representation and citizenship to the desire of many to see Copparo restart. My candidacy was first of all animated by this objective” explained Bassi.

“Today I am happy to be able to say that we have made this journey together with Azione. Together we are enriching the strength that we want to give to our coalition and, for this reason, to Copparo. Because a team is stronger the more inclusive and open it is. And when it puts those of the community before the interests of a single outfit,” added the candidate.

“For months – said Danny Farinelli, provincial secretary of Action – we have been discussing with Bassi and the Rinascita list and we immediately found ourselves in the way of doing things, in the ideas and above all in the projects to be implemented. I am the head of the Action list in Ferrara, and having the possibility of running for office in two Municipalities, I have also chosen to be Copparo personally, not only because I have lived there for years and feel tied to this territory, but also because as provincial secretary of Action I saw in this List and in the overall project a civic spirit, a desire to put reformist and inclusive ideas at the center, which leads me to join with conviction”.

“Action is a political force which, due to the issues it works on, the people it brings together, enriches “Riparti Copparo” which goes beyond a symbol. With this we are making concrete not only an electoral project but a real team that will be able to administer in a new way and above all with skills” concluded Bassi.
