Next August 12th Cristiano De André will perform at the “Scolacium” national archaeological park in Roccelletta di Borgia with his new project “De André DeAndré – Best Of Live Tour”, a concert that promises to be memorable, also thanks to the magical location between centuries-old olive trees and thousand-year-old stones.
On stage he will be accompanied by the inseparable musicians Osvaldo di Dio on guitars and Davide Pezzin on bass. Luciano Luisi returns to the keyboards and Ivano Zanotti arrives on the drums.
25 years after the death of Fabrizio De André, Cristiano will bring to the stage of Roccelletta di Borgia many of the songs imprinted in the collective memory and still extremely current.
Music capable of exciting and bringing together different generations. This event is the result of the collaboration between two important entities, Armonie d’Arte Festival, which for 24 years has been promoting this extraordinary heritage site with programs of a national and international profile, and L’Altro Teatro which, since 2013, has the best of live entertainment in the most exclusive cultural sites in the Region.
Cristiano De André, not only a singer-songwriter but a skilled multi-instrumentalist, will play the acoustic and classical guitar, the bouzouky, the piano and the violin, accompanying the spectator on a journey that addresses Fabrizio’s great work.
The project “De André canta De André” is thus enriched with a new piece, after the success of the four albums “De André canta De André – Vol. 1” (2009), “De André canta De André – Vol. 2” ( 2010) and “De André canta De André – Vol. 3” (2017) and “De André canta De André – Story of an employee” (2023) and after various sold out tours each dedicated to a part of Faber’s repertoire.
The event is organized by the Armonie d’Arte Foundation and L’Altro Teatro. Tickets are already available on the Ticketone and Ticketmaster circuits.
