Marshal of the Italian Army for 27 years, awarded the silver medal for valor of the army and now deals with communication, IT and cyber defense at the Defense Cyber Training Centre.

How did you approach politics and what was your path?

“Since I was young, I was passionate and attracted to the search for any solution to the social problems that afflicted those times, actively participating in discussions and demonstrations. This led me to deepen my knowledge through academic studies in political science and international relations. My path political was characterized by a deep commitment to the third sector, in particular in nearby Bologna, a city in which I lived and worked for many years, where I had the opportunity to implement many projects for the good of the community. Living in Ferrara for several years years ago, together with some residents of the area where I live, I founded the “Piazza Verdi and Sector Medieval Residents Committee”, of which I am currently the president, aimed at giving voice to the issues of the area sports and social promotion”

What leads you to run for the Fratelli d’Italia list in support of Alan Fabbri?

“Membered in 2019, I recognize myself in the ideas, values and cultural identity, virtues that I have identified in the local political class with which I relate. In addition to simplicity, honesty and great preparation. Alan Fabbri has brought a tangible change beyond beyond the “deniers”, but much still needs to be done by working with efficiency, sense of duty and passion. These are qualities that I have decided to put to use with my candidacy to contribute to an already consolidated political formation to improve Ferrara more and more.”

If elected, what themes or projects will you focus your action on?

“I will focus on three themes in particular: safety, third sector, traffic and architectural barriers. As regards safety, I have in mind the “Ferrara livable city 24 hours a day” project, combating degradation, drug dealing and inadequate civic sense, with more lighting, cameras, devices and specific tasks for police forces and armed forces. For the Third Sector I will focus on assistance to people with disabilities, citizen services, creation and management of philanthropic initiatives, environmental protection, culture and health services, through Associations present in the area. We will then have to improve roads and traffic management, break down architectural barriers for a city that is increasingly accessible to all.”
