Tuesday 30 April, the Kiwanis Club of Ragusa and theMunicipal Administration will present the activities carried out by Guarantor for the Rights of Children and Adolescents, lawyer. Claudia Parrino.
The protection and safeguarding of minors’ rights are guaranteed by the International Convention on Children’s rights and adolescence adopted in New York in November 1989 and acquired legal validity internationally on September 2, 1990, marking a historic moment in the fight for children’s rights.
The task of the Guarantor is to report and promote all appropriate initiatives to ensure knowledge and protection of the rights of childhood and adolescence, with particular attention to the right to family, education, instruction and the provisions of the protocol of understanding signed between Municipality of Ragusa And Kiwanis Club of Ragusa.
The meeting will be held at 5 pm, in the Council Chamber of Palace of L’Aquila.
