The basketball team fights, tries to come back, but in the end they have to give in to Udine: at PalaCarnera it ends 78-66 for the hosts, who win game 1. On Wednesday 1st May the series will move to the PalaMariotti for game-2, starting at 8pm. The match saw Delser Crich start better than the Bianconere, who however managed to stay in contact until they suffered Alice Gregori’s outburst, who placed three triples in an amen in the 11-0 break by the Friulians, for the first push of the match which was worth 29-16 with which the first period ended. In the final period the Bianconere tried to come back, reaching -10 with a triple from Guzzoni (73-63), but were unable to get any closer, with Udine managing their advantage. Game 1 ends 78-66. For basketball, four players in double figures: Favre with 16 points, followed by Baldassarre with 11, Colognesi and Templari with 10. Wednesday will be “win or go home” for the Ligurians, obliged to win to continue to hope and bring the series to “Pretty”.
