The 5 Star Movement of Legnano condemns the gesture suffered by the Anpi of Legnano
Legnano – Also from 5 Star Movement of Legnanojust as the Mayor had already done during the demonstration on April 25th in the square in Legnano (read here)he arrives the condemnation of the attack suffered by the local branch of the ANPI. In fact, on the night between 24 and 25 April, unknown persons had deposited bags of manure and hung a banner on the facade of the headquarters in via Ciro Menotti (read here)
“The 5 Star Movement of Legnano – we read in a note sent – strongly condemns the deplorable gesture carried out against the ANPI headquarters in Legnano on the occasion of the celebrations of the liberation day. At the same time, it expresses solidarity and closeness to the members of the national association of Italian partisans who have always, with their dedication, kept alive the memory of the commitment of those who fought at the risk of their lives to achieve a free and democratic Italy. The hope is that all citizens, civil and political, will want to distance themselves from such shameful conduct.”
