Beaches of Abruzzo Cup, first results – Teramo

ROSE GARDEN. The first day of the 26th edition of the international Spiagge d’Abruzzo Cup Tournament was played yesterday. The tournament, which involves 92 teams made up of children aged between 7 and 13, divided into six categories including “First kicks”, ” Pulcini” and “Esordienti”, yesterday experienced the exploits of the young footballers engaged on the Patrizi and Fonte dell’Olmo football fields in Roseto, as well as those in Cologna Spiaggia and Scerne di Pineto. The tournament, which will have its final day tomorrow, has already started to give the first indications with the many rankings that fans can follow online by downloading the free “Sport in tour” App.
These are the rankings as of last night. For the 2011 age group, the first are Ascoli calcio (group A), Esperia Monopoli Red and Nuova Folgore Ancona (group B), Esperia Monopoli Black (group C) and the Ukrainians Zmina Kiev Black (group B). For the class of 2012, in the lead are Ascoli calcio Red (group A), Esperia Monopoli and Pineto calcio Black (group B), Cynthia Albalonga (group C) and Real Ginestra 2002 Red (group D). For the class of 2013, in front are the Belgian team Enticelle Maurage (group A), Esperia Monopoli and Accademia Calciatori Black (group B), Sporting Club Picentia (group C) and New Team Napoli with Real Ginestra 2002 (group D). For the class of 2014, joint first place in group B between Accademia Calciatori and Esperia Monopoli, Castrum Silvi in ​​group C and New Team with Real Ginestra in group D; the teams in group A will play starting today. For the class of 2015, first place for Ascoli calcio (group A), Olimpia Popoli (group B), Cynthia Albalonga Red (group C). Finally, for the class of 2016, the temporary ranking sees Real Ginestra Black (group B), Sporting Club Picentia Black (group C) and Real Ginestra Red (group D) in first place; also in this case the matches in group A will be played from today. All the teams will return to the field today starting from 3pm to complete the second day of the tournament, before arriving at the finals and awards ceremonies which will take place tomorrow.
