First half
For Bper Rari Nantes Savona the big day has finally arrived. Soon the red and whites will dive into the pool of the Sportzentrum Schöneberg, home of Spandau Berlin, to hunt for the feat: overturning the one-goal deficit suffered in the first leg and qualifying for the final 4 of the Len Euro Cup.
We will need the best Rari, the one who, to be clear, was missing in the first two halves of the match last April 6th at the “Zanelli” when the Germans surprised Nicosia and his teammates with a lethal start, reaching +4 at half-time. In the second part of the match, however, the Savona team managed to eliminate the gap, losing by just one point at the end (10-11 ed.): a precedent that gives us hope in view of today’s match.
