Parma, 24 April 2024 – A summer in the company of great protagonists of Italian music. Come back’Summertime – Parco Ducale 2024‘, one of the most important musical events in the city of Parma, organized by Caos, in collaboration with Arci Parma And Teatro Regio Foundation and with the patronage of municipality of Parma. The presences within the Festival have been announced Antonello Vendittion July 19th, EmmaJuly 20, e Francesco De Gregorion July 24.
The artists scheduled
The evening of Friday 19 July is dedicated to a point of reference in the Roman music scene and beyond. It’s about Antonello Venditti who, together with his superband, is preparing to warm up the stage of Summertime with various timeless successes of his long career. The artist celebrates the 40 years since the album’s release “Heart” and the realization of the live project “Night Before Exams 1984-2024 40th anniversary”.
The day after, Saturday 20 Julyit will be up to Emmaan artist still present in the Italian music and radio charts thanks to the single “Apnea”competing during the 74th edition of Sanremo Festival and certified platinum record. The Apulian singer returned to Sanremo following the release of the album “Souvenirs”, published in October 2023 and certified Gold Recordand the tour “Souvenirs in da club”with various dates in clubs throughout Italy between last November and December.
The last guest, in terms of time but not importance, is Francesco de Gregori. Wednesday 24 Julythe famous Roman singer-songwriter returns to perform live with his band, a two years away from his last solo tour. The artist will present various pieces from his repertoire, accompanied by Guido Guglielminetti on bass and double bass, Carlo Gaudiello on keyboards, Primiano di Biase at Hammond, Paolo Giovenchi to the guitars, Alessandro Valle on the mandolin and Simone Talone to percussion.
