The two very young people who on Saturday 20 April, in the Terni Est area, allegedly used a car stolen during the same morning in the Tuillo area have been identified and reported at large. The son-in-law of the owner of the vehicle – an old Lancia Y – he took action to track her down and after a ‘mini investigation’ he succeeded, then reporting everything to the police. And it was the soldiers of the Norm of Terni who occurred in the ‘case’. Below is the note from the Carabinieri: «The carabinieri of the mobile radio section of the Norm of the Terni Company have reported an 18-year-old and a 17-year-old, both Italian and with no criminal record, in a state of freedom for receiving stolen goods in competition. Last Saturday afternoon, the operations center received a report of the theft of a small car in the Borgo Bovio district, which some relatives of the owner had noticed passing between Via Tre Venezie and Vocabolo Toano with two young people on board. A police patrol that quickly arrived in the area, thanks to the description provided by the witness, intercepted the two young people while they were walking near the pedestrian underpass, stopping and identifying them. Not far away, the stolen car was found and immediately returned to the owner. The complaint was thus filed against the two, one of whom was not yet an adult.”
