With people like Agyemang, Barnabà, Clemente, Prezioso and Giampaolo, but also the others, ready to enter the field during the match depending on the situation. The fears at the beginning of the week regarding the conditions of Mondonico and Cioffi would therefore have fully subsided, as they have trained as a group in recent days, demonstrating that they are very ready for the match against Lucchese.
The Tuscans, however, will arrive in Ancona with some defections due to disqualification: the sports judge, in fact, stopped both the coach of the Granata Gorgone for a day, and the players Disanto and Tiritiello, two important elements on the chessboard of the visiting team. The match scheduled for Sunday evening at Del Conero could be the last act of the season for Ancona: for this to materialize Ancona must achieve direct salvation and to achieve this they have multiple paths, almost all centered on maintaining Fermana , second to last, at least 9 points behind. At the moment, in fact, Ancona is fifth from last with 10 points over Fermana, the Dorians can only be reached in the standings by Recanatese but they boast a better goal difference – equal head-to-head matches – and therefore would still be ahead.
To keep their distance from Fermana, Ancona can win against Lucchese, and then they could also leave the fifth last place, a result which is however secondary to the fact of gaining direct salvation. If she wins she is still safe. In the event of a draw or defeat, they will have to look at Fermana’s result: if Ancona draws or loses and Fermana wins, the two teams go to the playout, if Fermana draws or loses Ancona is safe. In the event of Ancona’s defeat and Fermana’s draw, in fact, the Canaries would only subtract one point from the Dorians who would be saved by virtue of the regulation which cancels the playoffs and assigns salvation to the best classified when there are more of the two teams 8 points behind, therefore at least 9.
