A delegation from Reggiana, led by the Primavera coach Andrea Costa, the team manager Lorenzo Cocchi, as well as players and managers from the youth sector, visited the diocesan Caritas.

Welcomed by the coordinator Dario Rossi, the granata were able to learn more about the organisation’s numerous activities, from the listening centers to the missions abroad, from the outpatient reference point to the five canteen locations spread throughout the area, from the central one in via Adua , which hosted the meeting, at the parish structures of San Maurizio, Santo Stefano, San Paolo and del Preziosissimo Sangue in Reggio Emilia.

The athletes were then able to concretely experience what they had just heard, engaging in the activity of preparing the environments and the meals to be served, and then closing with a moment of exchange and sharing experienced at lunch, when around a table they both the members of the city club and the Caritas volunteers gathered.

In this way the training path of the Granata boys continues, not only from a technical point of view, but also from a human and social point of view.

The program. Away to Lombardy, at 3pm, for the Granata Primavera, on the pitch at 3pm at the “San Filippo” with Brescia.

Two friendlies are also played in the afternoon: at 4pm the Under 13s visit Castellarano, while an hour later the “Bagnoli” of Villa Bagno hosts the match between the Under 15s and Hellas Verona. Tomorrow at 3pm double championship match: at the “Meloni” in Novellara the Under 17s welcome Sampdoria, while the Under 16s travel to Collecchio for the Enza derby with Parma.

At 2.30pm, at the “Lari”, friendly match for the Under 14s, against Mantova of the same age.

As regards basic activities, today at 3pm the Under 12s are hosting the Bibbiano San Polo at GiocaRE, while at 4.15pm the Under 10s are guests of the Intesa Project in Castelnovo Sotto.

Tomorrow at 12.30 the Under 11s play at the “Cimurri” against Pergolettese, while the Under 9s are busy in Parma in the Andreoli Memorial.
