In Brescia, the return of transsexuals from Milan, the nightmare of robberies on paid sex clients

Covid and new technologies have reduced the phenomenon of street prostitution. This is also the case in Brescia, where in the Mandolossa area, for example, sex workers have decreased compared to a few years ago. However, after 9pm, they continue to populate via Valcamonica, via Milano and some surrounding streets. Without forgetting that prostitutes are also found along the fork of provincial road 510 towards Sebino and in via Padana Superiore, provincial road 11, between Castegnato, Ospitaletto, Gussago and Roncadelle.

Some are Nigerian and are those exploited by what is called the Nigerian mafia in a mix of voodoo religiosity and profound awe towards the tribes of the African country. Among these there are girls in Brescia who have managed to escape the nightmare and some are hosted in centres, such as in Ghedi.

But if the phenomenon of street prostitution is less evident than in the past, in the last period in Brescia there was a return. It is that of the transsexuals who come from Milan, often accompanied by a driver, to prostitute themselves in via Valcamonica. We intercepted them last Friday evening near a petrol station in Via Valcamonica. To be clear, not far from the “Da Frank” restaurant, in via Valsaviore, where in the summer of 2015 a double murder took place where the two spouses of the well-known pastry and pizzeria Francesco «Frank» Seramondi and his wife Giovanna «Vanna» Ferrari died .

In the nearby petrol station, after years, the trans from Milan have returned. They are Peruvian, Colombian and Argentinean – at least that’s what they told us – and to have sexual intercourse they ask for more than popular figures: “Forty euros”. There are usually four of them. Some are positioned right at the entrance to the service station, others near the petrol stations. Until a few years ago, South American transsexuals, both in the city and on Lake Garda, arrived from Milan to intercept customers and rob them. Then they returned with a driver. Well, this phenomenon may be back in fashion, albeit after some time. The conditional sentence is a must, but the choice to travel the Milan-Brescia route again and return suggests an attempt to score new blows against the unfortunate ones on duty. Customers who, for obvious reasons, are unlikely to report what happened.

For now, however, no such cases have been reported. The confirmation comes from last Friday’s stakeout. Patiently we wait near the distributor and after less than five minutes the first customers arrive. The light from the gas station allows you to see their faces. Mostly they are men, of different nationalities, between 50 and 60 years old. Most of them – about ten arrived within two hours – hid themselves near the petrol station. Few customers left to have sexual intercourse. In this sex market, which for now (but it could only be a matter of time) has not degenerated into robberies, it should be noted that some trans are also found along Via Milano. Street particularly frequented by prostitutes. Mostly Italian or South American. The latter, however, are also found in via Valcamonica, between petrol stations and near slot halls and bus stops.
