Sunday 5 May 2024at 6.00 pm, at Cantiere Florida Theater in Florence (via Pisana, 111R) is scheduled “Concert for Stars”, concept and idea by Pierfrancesco Nannoni.
A concert to discover the Symphony of the Cosmos. Pierfrancesco Nannoni talks about his research work in a show-concert with experimental music and original songs. Among the themes that the show proposes to explore we find the element of ancient civilizations, the musical roots of Mesopotamia and Babylonian culture. The elements taken from the project, supported by documentary sources, are represented in the form of music-dance and video. The link between the music of the ancients and the Universe has survived time, finding elements that are still present in the two contexts today.
The dance will further investigate the relationships and numerical relationships between the universe and music, drawing many ideas from the concept of the “golden section” and the Fibonacci sequence to build an abstract and seductive choreography at the same time.
