Various inconveniences in the popular buildings of East Naples where, without maintenance for some time, they are faced with water infiltrations and other serious problems. Now we are accelerating to recover the common parts of various buildings including those of Pazzigno district of San Giovanni a Teduccio.

The buildings have been included in a framework agreement for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance so as to address the various critical issues that have not been addressed for some time and for which the Municipality of Naples has allocated specific resources. The funds are essential to address forms of degradation and dangerous situations that have strong repercussions on the liveability of spaces and on the residents themselves. We try to respond to the problems with the next construction sites. In particular, to start the roofing work on the homes it is necessary to carry out the executive design which has been entrusted to a professional for over 15 thousand euros.

Palazzo San Giacomo has chosen to proceed with the urgent execution of the Vico Primo Pazzigno complex «in consideration of the fact that the real estate assets of the Municipality of Naples require urgent and non-deferrable maintenance interventions».

Not the only public buildings included in the maintenance plans. The aim is also to redevelop the Baronessa district in Barra, some accommodation in the Villa district in San Giovanni and the spaces at the foot of the “five towers” of Ponticelli. Added to these interventions are the substantial urban regeneration projects financed with the PNRR with construction sites opened in Taverna del Ferro in San Giovanni a Teduccio and in via Fuortes and via Scarpetta in Ponticelli.
