This morning, at the Prefecture of Casertathe meeting was held on public order and security committee to discuss the so-called Mala Movida. “We take note of the interventions that the institutions are implementing to combat bad nightlife in the city and we hope that the problem will be resolved as soon as possible” the provincial president of. commented on the sidelines of the meeting Confcommercio Caserta, Lucio Mayor.
The topic in question at the meeting held this morning was the nocturnal noises and disturbance of public peace which, particularly on weekends and between one and four in the morning, cause discomfort to residents of the historic center of the city of Caserta.
The provincial president of Confcommercio Caserta declared: “Sanctions and closures against those who violate the law are welcome, this is also to protect all those managers who work seriously and in compliance with the rules. For some years now, Confcommercio, through Fipe (Italian Federation of public establishments), has been the spokesperson for a campaign against wild nightlife aimed at raising awareness and making young people responsible for the consumption of alcohol and at the same time the trade association has given life, together with the National Magistrates Association, on a project dedicated to the culture of responsible entertainment, providing training and information moments on the topic. All this without ever overshadowing the possible responsibilities of the entrepreneurs to whom we continue to issue warnings to carry out their activities according to the trappings of the profession”.
